Fat Tuesday is that date on our calendar when we get to indulge ourselves. Parades, alcohol and sweets. Lots of sweets. The Polish Paczki, New Orleans beignets, King Cake and gumbo. The list goes on. As we prepare for lent, let’s enjoy our family, friends and some tasty food.
